Free Shipping On Orders Over $150

We offer free standard shipping to our Canadian and US customers on orders totaling $150 or more before taxes. Orders will be sent by UPS Ground or Canada Post mail service.

Standard Service

Following credit authorization and verification, you will receive your order within 6-10 business days. This is an estimate. This does not include weekends or holidays. Standard Shipping will be via UPS Ground or Canada Post mail service. You will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you of the carrier and tracking options.

Express Service

Orders placed for express service before 12:00 PM PDT will ship out the same day and arrive within 1-4 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) throughout Canada and 3-6 business days in the United States. Please note: Saturday delivery is not available at this time.

Pick Up in Store

Prefer to pick up your purchase in-store? No problem! You will be notified by email when your item(s) are available for pick up. Please arrive with a valid photo ID and a confirmation of your order, such as your order confirmation email or your pick up notification email.

Local Delivery

Revelstoke locals, enjoy the luxury of having your order delivered right to your doorstep, whether the package be for yourself or a friend. We offer free local delivery within Revelstoke city limits on all orders over $20. Orders placed before 2 PM PST will go out the same day. Orders placed after 2 PM PST will go out the following day. If a specific delivery date is required, simply leave that information in the “notes” section of your order.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO or U.S Territories

We accept orders shipped to PO boxes and APO/FPO or US territories. Orders shipped to these addresses must be sent via Canada Post mail service.

When will my order ship?

Most orders ship within 2 business days of purchase.

As soon as your order ships you will receive an email confirmation to the email address you provided us upon placing your order. If, for some reason, you did not receive an email, please check your spam folder and add to your safe sender list.

Taxes and Duties

All applicable custom fees, taxes, and duties are the sole responsibility of the customer. Custom authorities require that we state the value of your order directly on your package. It is at the sole discretion of customs agents to release your package. Note that on rare occasions, customs agents may delay the delivery of certain packages.

Currency Conversions

All prices listed on our site are in Canadian dollars, and charged in Canadian dollars. The bank that has issued your credit card determines the exact exchange rate that you will pay, but in general it will match very closely with the going exchange rates. To get an estimate of approximately what the exchange rate currently is, you can change the currency in which the prices are displayed by selecting a different currency option on the bottom of our site.

Policy and Terms

By placing an order at The Annex, you are responsible for original shipping charges, all applicable custom import fees, and the cost of return shipping back to The Annex. This also applies to any shipments that are refused by you at delivery.

Returns + Exchanges

The Criteria

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 30 days of original purchase date
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition
  • Items purchased on sale (price marked down), jewelry, hair accessories, food products, and bath and body products are final sale
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, etc.)
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free


  • Returns and exchanges are processed within 7 business days upon receipt of the package
  • Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit
  • The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition
  • Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and/or a 20-50% restocking fee
  • Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as The Annex is not responsible for lost return packages with or without tracking information

How to Make a Return/Exchange

  • Review our policy above and make sure the items are eligible for a return/exchange
  • Fill out our returns/exchanges form included with your order and include it in your package along with the item(s)

  • Send your package back to us via the shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend noting the tracking number from your shipping label
  • It is important that “Returns” is clearly labeled in the mailing address. This should be marked on your customs form if returning an item from the United States
